HIS STORY

For most of his career, Assaf Yogev lived inside the world of high-sport. He competed as an elite cyclist, then spent years working with elite individual athletes — people for whom every physiological variable was measured, analysed, and put to use.

He was very good at it. But over time, a question kept surfacing.

"All of this knowledge about how the human body truly works — why does it belong only to competitive athletes? This science is just as relevant, just as powerful, for anyone who wants to understand their own body and live well in it."

That question became his turning point. Assaf began asking what it would look like to bring the same depth of scientific understanding that elite sport demands — and direct it toward people navigating the most meaningful chapter of their lives.

He is an applied exercise physiologist with a PhD from the University of British Columbia. His work focuses on understanding how the body responds and adapts to stress — whether that stress comes from exercise, daily life, or the natural process of aging — and how that knowledge can be used to build a stronger, more resilient body from the inside out.

This is not about trends or quick fixes. It is about applying simple, foundational principles of physiology to help each individual understand what to measure, why it matters, and how to create steady, real improvements over time.

His role is to help you understand the science of your own body — the unique biology, the patterns, and the trajectory that belong specifically to you — so that together you can make informed, meaningful decisions. Assaf created a personal questionnaire to understand each individual before anything else. It covers your health history, daily patterns, energy, sleep, and what you are most curious about when it comes to your own body. It takes about 10 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers — only yours.

An initial conversation

Assaf reviews your questionnaire before you meet and comes with genuine questions. The conversation is relaxed and unhurried. He wants to understand your life, your patterns, and what your body has been telling you. No jargon. No pressure.
